- 75 Minutes waiting time is included for all International arrivals.
- Waiting time fee will added in fare if the time exceed.
- 60 Minutes waiting time is included for all domestic arrivals.

- It is the passenger responsibility to inform Company in case of any cancellations & delays otherwise company has the right to charge full amount

- In extreme weather or Car breakdown conditions service can be delayed or cancelled.
- Stop En Route will cast client $10.00 for sedan, $25.00 for stretch, $25.00 for big Van, If Pickup is from home or from any office building first 15 Minutes waiting time is included in fare but if the time exceed waiting time fee will be add in fare.
